A:AnswerHi Dan! The HW-A430 soundbar should be oriented with the Samsung logo on top and the ports on bottom. When powered on, you should be able to see the display of the soundbar from the front. The wall mount included with the HW-A430 will properly mount the soundbar in the correct orientation ensuring the speakers are facing forward instead of at the ground. Should you need additional assistance mounting the soundbar, please contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week, or Chat with us on Samsung.com: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/ ^Tim

A:AnswerHi Scott! The HW-A470 is a 4.1channel soundbar system including a soundbar, wireless rear speaker kit, and wireless subwoofer. You cannot connect two Samsung soundbars together.

A:AnswerHi twticeman! The HW-A470 is compatible with the 65" Q70A QLED TV from Samsung and can connect to the TV with the included optical cable or Bluetooth wireless audio technology. We recommend using the included cable for the best user experience.

A:AnswerNo, only the sound bar is Bluetooth. The rear speakers connect to the sound bar through like a wireless router. Which in the wording it states it was a WIRELESS speaker system which it isn’t. You still have to connect the rear speakers to the router.
A:AnswerHi! To adjust the rear speaker volume level, press the sound control button to access the Rear Level setting, then use the Up/Down buttons to select a setting between -6 to +6. Should you need additional assistance with this, please reach out to Samsung Support at: 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week, or Chat with us on Samsung.com: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/

A:AnswerHi Rober! You should not experience any connection issues with the included wireless subwoofer and wireless rear speaker kit when placed in a traditional arrangement. If placed behind objects, or further than the maximum 33ft range, you may experience connection issues. Each rear speaker included with the HW-A470 will wire to a transmitter module for power, which will then wirelessly connect to the soundbar. Once both the subwoofer and rear speaker transmitter module are connected to power, they will automatically connect to the soundbar for a quick and easy setup.
