The WF42H5200AP has several preset cycles that could be appropriate for washing pillows, such as Allergen and Bedding, so I would suggest checking the fabric care instructions on the pillows to choose the recommended cycle settings. Also, when washing big bulky items or a few smaller items that don’t fill the tub completely, Samsung recommends adding a few towels to improve tumbling and spin performance. - Ms. Samsung

• There is a bedding option to wash items, however it would depend on if the pillows are delicate. I would probably wash on delicate to be on the safe side and maybe double spin to get all the water out.

• If you're washing covers along with the then use the "Bedding" cycle and they will still be sanitized as well.The other cycles work as well.The "sanitize" cycle is a bout an hour longer.
