“I had this washer delivered from BestBuy last week. The door latch is extremely loose to where it can be wiggled. I can see that the two screw holding it together are as tight as they should be so is the latch supposed to be loose by design?”

• Hi Steve, yes this is loose by design. This is to help the locking mechanism glide into position easier. Hope this helps. ^Rosi

• Not at all, I would contact Best Buy and request a replacement unit to be delivered and that one picked up.
