“I noticed even when I set the "Normal" cycle to cold water, it's steamy when I open the door after cycle is complete...is the only way to not have steam by using the delicate cycle? Seems silly?”

Make sure that your HOT water hose is not connected to the cold water intake.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this issue. And when I used the delicate cycle that was straight cold water, I got an error. Turned out our hot and cold hose connections were backwards. You might check yours just to make sure!
