“I purchased this washer and I'm pretty dissatisfied. The washer continually smells. I have sanitized it numerous times and it still seems to smell. Is there anything I can do except purchase another washer. It's coming up on a year since I purchased.”

There is a self-clean cycle on the washer that you should use after every 40 washes. You can also add some baking soda and just run a rinse cycle. Leave the door ajar after washing clothes to allow the inside of the washer and the door to dry. There is a debris filter on the front of the washer, near the bottom, that needs to be cleaned periodically. If you don't clean out that debris filter, you will notice an odor. This is a wonderful washer and I would recommend it to everyone. By taking a little time to take care of these minor maintenance issues, you will have a reliable and super-efficient washing machine for many years to come.

Its recommended to use this once a week for a month to remove any odors from your washer. Once odor is gone; try propping open the door to air dry the tub. ^Rosi
