- Answer If the washer is not draining or spinning, it could be a problem with the fuse, drain hose or debris filter. Check the fuse and try resetting the circuit breaker. You can also trying checking and straightening the drain hose to make sure it's not kinked or blocked. Finally, check the debris filter for clogs.

QuestionHow can I set a water temperature to 130-140 F (150 F is too high)? If I set on Hot and temp. in the pipes (heating system) is at 120 F, could the auxiliary heater that is in the machine raise the temperature to 130 F? What is water temp. at Hot?

QuestionI just purchased the above washer. It is a stackable with the dryer going into a built in wall space. I need an extension on the washer drain hose to be able to hook it up before I push both units into the space. Is there a manufacturers extension hose ?

QuestionI am not able to select water temperature. Only the hot light is ever lit up. On normal wash it uses hot water. Also the lights on the dial aren't all working. The minutes change as I turn the knob, but the lights don't indicate the setting I'm on.
