service man said to me the lines are soo small they get cloged up easly you need to take the lid off held on by 3 screws on rear of washer, remove lid pull hose off bleach disp and blow through to clear blockage same for soap now dose that sound crazy or what? its true but i found a easier way as the washer is in the cycle simply add very hot water to both sides of resivour REMEMBER any thing you put into those rez.drain into the main washer.so dont do this when your washing color fast items like reds or blue jeans good luck . liquid soaps and liquid bleach only.

Please check the following: - Make sure the washer is level; - Remove the detergent drawer and rinse thoroughly with warm water; - Do not exceed the Max fill line when adding bleach or detergent; - Make sure your home's water pressure is within the recommended 20-116psi and the inlet hose screens are not clogged. Since each of the compartments is designed to drain based on a siphoning system, it's particularly important to add the correct amount of bleach when filling the dispenser. - Ms. Samsung
