Our new Samsung washer seems to spin out of control & we can't figure out why? Removed shipping bolts, it's on level surface & we balanced out the little shoes on bottom. It still spins out of control during spin cycle to the point where it tries to leave the laundry room...

We had this problem with our first washer. One of the springs was not attached correctly. I opened the washer and saw the problem immediately. Only took a minute to reattach and washer worked great for over 10 years.

It does so cause it's a piece of junk. Ours does the same thing and was installed by Best Buy. I wish I returned it before it was too late. If you can send it back.

We had to level the washer using an actual level to get it to stop moving when the spin cycle speeds up

Had this issue on another brand. It ended up being the prints that hold the tub in place
