“Why does my washer say it will take around an hour and 20 mins when on normal cycle then a few mins after I️ started it, it says over 2 and half hours. Also a few loads ago my cloes were super wet still. I️ did fair the plug and tube after that”

Hi, I'm not sure specifically but I do know the washer has sensors to gauge the necessary amount of time needed to finish the wash. So that may answer your question regarding the times.
