• No charge, they took mine away, no problem. You just have to disconnect the hoses and wire yourself before they haul away.

• I was told when I ordered mine at the store there is a $25 fee for the to take away your old units, but they will set it outside of your house for you without charging.

• No. Best Buy does not charge for this. The appliances just need to be unhooked as they cannot have liability for damages
