In order for them to install it you have to buy the hoses with it. Although if you already have the hoses, the delivery guys might be nice and install it for you since it doesn't take much time. They also will take away your old washer.

Our guys installed the water lines backwards, and refused to install the dryer vent kit I was forced to buy but other than that, the installation was fine
