Hi Dkmarsh, The WA45H7000AW is equipped with Vibration Reduction Technology which is very effective in reducing noise and vibration as long as it's installed and leveled properly. Please make sure the shipping bolts have been removed, then run a test cycle (such as Rinse & Spin) after the initial leveling has been completed. While the washer is in spin mode, fine tune the leveling by adjusting the legs with the included wrench until there's no more vibration. This should virtually eliminate the vibration that would occur after the spin cycle has reached its top speed. Please note that it's normal for there to be some vibration at the beginning of the spin cycle until the VRT can take effect. I hope this helps! Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went through this with a technical with a different washer. He said that you don't need it to be level, but you do need to get even weight distribution on the 4 feet to avoid excessive vibration. He said some vibration is inevitable. Also he said the main things was to make sure you wash like with like items. Towels with towels, underwear with underwear, etc. Since we stopped putting towels in with regular clothes, the vibration has been reduced.. If the items have different weights, the drum can't spread the weight evenly. A slight amount of high speed vibration is probably inevitable. I don't think the washer can be perfectly at evening out the weight distribution of wet clothes. I washed a single towel with some shirts on my Samsung The washer started knocking and it stopped, did some other things and was able to complete the wash without the knocking. My washer needs to be relabeled too.. I get some vibration too, but it's tolerable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure that you have calibrated the washer look in the manual very easy step that may help. Every once in a while I will hear a thud during the spin cycle and determined that this is just a couple pieces of clothing or towels that have bunched up
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is doing the same thing. It's a junk washer. I would return or exchange it if possible. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.BEWARE.... I just posted a review about this very topic. This washer has a known design flaw that causes the drum, shocks, and balance system to break after about 2 - 2.5 years. The repair (with labor and parts) is about $500; barely what the actual machine is worth. I would suggest that once you have had it for about 2 years, purchase the 'warranty' from Sears, so when it breaks they will just come out and fix it; it ends up being less than half the price and the warranty lasts a year if anything further goes wrong.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue. I was going to call Best Buy for some suggestions. Glad I'm not the only one with this problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine gets a little noisy at times but it is whisper quiet compared to the Samsung front loader we used to have. If yours is on the second floor I think you just have to live with a little noise and vibration unless you want to pay a whole lot more for a high end machine.
