“We're having an issue with our Samsung washer leaving spots almost like oil or cooking grease. Clothes that we know did not have the spot and usually we cannot get them to come out. We have switched detergents and do not use softener. Why? Please help!”

I have this issue as well with my Samasung washer. It also does not dispense bleach properly and has ruined all my towels.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same problem. It has ruined t shirts and sheets that are very visible. The sad part is Samsung does not take ownership of their product. I had to wash the washer with hot water and bleach. Then I had to wash my clothes with Oxy Clean detergent. But i also used the Oxy stain removal and washed a couple of times. It didnt totally come out, it got a little better.
