A:AnswerActually, if you have had it for awhile, it could be part of the recall. We've had ours for almost 2 years now and I was needing service on my washer, and they would not come out until I went thru the recall service. If you have bought it recently, they may have fixed the problem before it was sold. You can go to their Website and you can look it up by your serial number. It is a very painless process. They were very efficient and it only took about a 10 min service call.
A:AnswerGreat question, Tunnie! This washer has a "Delicate" cycle. I would recommend using this link (https://bit.ly/2EUxePd) to download a copy of the User Manual. Beginning on page 19 you can find a full list and description of all the available cycles on this model. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Mert, the amount of powder soap needed will depend on the detergent's brand you're using which should indicate how much to use per load. I'll leave this link here https://bit.ly/2OpQhAP with instructions on how to use powder detergent with this HE washer.

A:AnswerYes you just push “pause” and you’ll hear the lid unlock. After putting additional clothes in hit start and it will begin again I am unsure how or if it accommodates the extra volume and weight .
A:AnswerI am having the same problem. It has ruined t shirts and sheets that are very visible. The sad part is Samsung does not take ownership of their product.
I had to wash the washer with hot water and bleach. Then I had to wash my clothes with Oxy Clean detergent. But i also used the Oxy stain removal and washed a couple of times. It didnt totally come out, it got a little better.
A:AnswerThe mesh filter is located near the water lines. Here are instructions on how to clean it- 1. Turn off the washer, and then unplug the power cord.
2. Close the faucet.
3. Loosen and disconnect the water hose from the back of the washer.
Cover the hose with a cloth to prevent water from gushing out.
4. Use pliers to pull out the mesh filter from the inlet valve.
5. Submerge the mesh filter deeply in water so that the threaded
connector is also submerged.
6. Dry the mesh filter completely in a shaded area.
7. Reinsert the mesh filter into the inlet valve, and reconnect the water
hose to the inlet valve.
8. Open the faucet. ^Lo
A:AnswerI am including a helpful link to the user manual on page 39 (https://bit.ly/2VDXyn7) to support your concerns on what settings can be changed with particular cycle selected. Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
A:AnswerI am including a helpful link (https://bit.ly/2UXkH3k) to a troubleshooting guide to support your concerns on the spin cycle. We thank you for being a Samsung customer! ^Lena
A:AnswerThis brand claims it’s high-efficiency but it actually wastes a bunch of water and electricity. First of all the bleach tray completely rusted out within the first year or two of having it and secondly if you’re not careful the top can fly off during a spin cycle if you have bedding or other similar things. The reason why I say it wastes electricity and water is because it has an extremely difficult time finding a balanced spin cycle. When it can’t balance during a spin it stops and refills the tub with water to even out the load and then tries again and it could do this over and over and over again if it’s not able to find a balanced to spin. I have personally seen mine repeat this cycle at least three times and then I finally gave up. I just bought another washer and I will be so happy to get rid of this piece of garbage.
