QuestionThere is a problem with the water volume. Besides Deep Wash Cycle, all other cycles tend not to have enough water. I did the calibration, what else can I do?

- Answer I can see how it would appear to not have enough water, however my clothes magically do have enough water on them on other cycles. I would just let a cycle complete and see how you feel about the clothes cleanest after it is completed.

QuestionWhat is the distance from the back of the machine to where the lid starts? I need to make sure I have clearance.

- Answer You need a minimum of two inches from the wall if you use 90 degree hoses or an inside the wall hose connector plus 28.5" makes a total of 30.5". 31" to be totally safe about the clearance from the wall.

- Answer It depends on the cycle you choose. You can wash with hot and rinse with cold if you choose that cycle. We haven't had any problems with our washings.

QuestionOn Normal Cycle why is the water cold when put for Hot or Warm water. I have this problem on Normal and Heavy Duty Cycles. It is not my water connections cause on other cycles water is what I set it to be.

QuestionI bought this washer on black Friday. I've noticed after I do a load of clothes and transfer to the dryer, I've moved the drum around and heard water sloshing. Is this supposed to be like this? How would you get it out pets say if yoiu moved?
