I have read it also dries clothing? null

Hi there, Chiquis! We're very sorry for any confusion. While the spin cycle on our washers does remove the majority of water from the items, the washer does not have a drying feature. ^Jecca

The only thing I can say is BestBuy customer service really sucks!

It doesn't do both wash and dry. The washer does have a spin cycle that I've found ALMOST dries clothes, I could hang dry them, but maybe not heavier items like towels.
