Thanks so much for asking! This model does have the Smart Care feature, however it does not have the Smart Control option. The Smart Care feature allows users to use their phone to diagnose and troubleshoot any error codes you may receive from the washer. The Smart Control feature offers the ability to remotely check on and control your washer through the SmartThings app. ^Jecca
