“I have two questions… Do The settings automatically default to a particular mode such as water temperature? Can you set a particular temperature to remain as the default? What is difference between the 10 cycle and 12 cycle washer?”

This washing machine does not offer the My Cycle feature. The washer defaults to a cycle and setting but does offer temperature, spin, rinse and soil level setting change.
