• I'm happy to help with this, Neville! First, here is a link (https://bit.ly/3jWnKFH) to the user manual for this model. Page 17 begins the section on the installation requirements. As long as your location meets the requirements listed, the washer should function as normal. ^Jecca

• It should be fine as long as your electrical system in that house is safe. Uses less power than a coffee maker.
