“We just used the washer for the first time but during the spinning cycle the washer moves a lot it isn’t stable on the floor and makes a lot of noise. My husband checked the level and it’s fine. What can be the poblem of it moving??”

Unbalanced load. Stop the unit and reposition the clothes.

If the unit is on a pedestal, check the connections to the base; the laundry load may be imbalanced; or on rare occasion, there is a defect in the unit. There a number of DIY self help videos on YouTube. You can always call the Samsung 800 number, they have techs available to answer questions.
