- Answer The tub is 17" deep and then there is a 5" rubber lip on the top of the tub. It feels like I am reaching down a lot farther than with previous washers to pick up items from the bottom of the tub

QuestionI have this washing machine and every time I wash a dark load of clothing, they all come out with a white residue on them, as though they were in a powder detergent.. I use only liquid detergent, yet all dark items are "stained" with this white residue.

- Answer Anodized is a aluminum coated drum. Stainless steel ,if good grade will not rust or corode.
