“I just purchased this machine and put it on cold. The water temp is Hot. I can't get it to dispense cold water from the cold water temp chosen. I also believe they connected the cold water hose to the hot and visa versa”

The gentlemen that delivered, installed, problem solved, and did Haul away were very helpful and had all the answers to my questions before I even asked them. It was a wonderful experience, I would recommend them and use them again in the future.
