QuestionHow much is the agitator supposed to move during washing? Ours only moved about half an inch every 5 seconds the entire wash cycle.

QuestionWhat is the height from the floor to the lid when closed...not including the height of the control panel. ? I am short and need to know if the height will be an issue reaching to the bottom of the drum to retrieve clothes.

QuestionDoes washer soap dispenser need to be turned on? Does washer have option to choose amount of detergent dispensed, or does the washer automatically dispense the amount of detergent needed for load?
