• The Dynamic Contrast Ratio is the contrast ratio of the TV with all the contrast enhancing features active and working properly. Some of these features include the special Panel material and the unique Picture engine plus an active back light unit. Because these features are always active, the unit will always be higher then the native contrast ratio. -MrSamsung
