- Answer No, different broadcast resolution and power difference. You are on the PAL system, this is NTSC

QuestionCan you add apps to your selections? I only ask because some of the less expensive "smart TVs" come with pre-loaded (and a limited number) of apps. I want to make sure we have the flexibility to add more. Thanks.

- Answer Yes you can. But only the apps available at Samsung App store. There is also a limited space to install new apps. Downfall is that there are a few apps that you cannot uninstall. E.g.: CNN, Spotify, etc...

QuestionI use headphones to watch tv so that i can turn up the sound as loud as I want...and my wife can watch the same program and adjust the volume to her level. Can this tv let me use my headphones at the same time my wife uses the regular speakers?

- Answer Well, I just attempted to recreate this situation, and from what I have just experienced, I don't think so. I tried to hook my Bluetooth speaker up to the TV and project sound from both the "TV Speakers" and my Bluetooth SkullCandy Barricade, and it only let me choose one at a time. Hope this helped you out!

- Answer Kat - i did research when buying, and I THINK the primary difference is bluetooth. The 6300 has it but I don't think the 6290 does. May not be important to you, but I wanted the future option of wireless speakers. Bluetooth also works for using headphones.

- Answer You can hook up speaker sound system to the TV. There's systems that will connect to it by WiFi. Another way that's used more, is connected "Paired" by Bluetooth. The TV does have audio Optical in back. Good Luck.
