Being a person who has been the victim of a computer virus: The virus I got on my PC, was so wicked (shutting it for the vast extent of it, completely down). I would say that even if most viruses wouldn't effect it, there will always be one out there that could. That's why you should always search the internet secure, because there are thousands of viruses out there, and new ones every day.
