Model # un40eh5300f xza Samsung smart TV 40 " will not connect to Netflix Techs can't fix it remotely They will send someone to replace motherboard i spent over 4 hours on phone with this issue Dominican Republic tech guys were nice NO ONE ELSE at Samsung WAS
