If you want a current model TV, or one that is Alexa compatible, I'd recommend another model. Samsung told me that this is a 2015 model.
A:AnswerI was able to hook up my cable box to the TV very easily. Unfortunately, the two are not communicating, so I cannot access cable channels or broadcast channels with this TV. I can only see Samsung channels.
A:AnswerYou have to go to setting and recalibrate the tv screen size settings. Make sure the 4 triangles points are at the edge of screen. Check to make sure they have calibrated if redo steps until screen is where you want it to be. P. S. You have to use tv remote, saying this so you won’t use other remote if you have them.
