Yes, this is a smartTV with apps and a full web browser. This model is 4K Ultra HD, probably beyond what your laptop is capable of streaming.

I know it supports Sling TV because mine came with a 30 day trial of it (that I’ve not used) but I’ve never heard of the other two so I’m unsure. It’s a very update television so I don’t see why it wouldn’t. Hope that helps!
