Some consumer reviews say it doesn't. I can't find it officially documented anywhere (on the intrawebs). However, the older model MU6300 definitely does have HDCP 2.2. It also has full-backlight (not edge-lit), 5GHz WiFi, Bluetooth (for wireless headphones), and a much better designed remote. Those are several key advantages over the newer NU7100... Avoid MU6300 43" tho, as it has an IPS panel and worse contrast. 40" version and other sizes have VA panels (good contrast). Some of the 6300's (40" and 65") are still available at B&H
