• Yes, you have to play with the ms sync button. It is the sound control button.

• Why would you even use both speakers at the same time. But, I don't think it's possible. There will always be a slight difference.

• There might be one, but it depends on the TV and the output you are using. I had the same delay on a 40 Samsung TV (2007) and switching to a digital allowed me to have better sound quality, but I had to disable the speakers on the TV. Unfortunately that cannot work to the best of my knowledge as the internal speaker receives the signal faster then any external device.

• It bypasses the TV speakers. The sound only comes from the bar. Maybe your TV has different connection options.
