“We just bought a samsung UHD TV 7 series and cant get volume control..please help”

• This may sound silly but make sure you are using the remote correctly. I realized that on the smart remote one Soper button is volume and one is the channel. You need to push and pull on each to make them work. May not be your issue but that is what happened to me.
