“We have spectrum cable, will their remote control work with this tv”

• I just got this tv for my parents and their spectrum remote works for the basics like power and volume. I got this tv specifically because spectrum has streaming available on Samsung tvs, so they don’t need to rent the physical box anymore…but they have a very difficult time using the tv remote. I just started looking at universal options for them and hope to get one tomorrow.
