• The remote was an adjustment but I ordered a generic Samsung remote and it works my TV and sound system. It was not expensive at all and made it easier to work the tv and the apps buttons etc.

• Hi Leslie! Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. Pressing it a second time will unmute. The remote does not feature quick access to the Sleep Timer function, you will need to navigate through the menu to access this feature. ^Tim
