Thanks. I fixed the problem by buying a Roku stick. I can get everything with it for $50 rather than buying a new TV just for apps that were originally offered but no longer available from Samsung.

Hi Gaily, The CU8000 does offer Hulu+ however it does not have Newsmax. Hulu+ is currently available on 2016-2023 Samsung TVs.
