“Genie RC73 remote will not sync with TV. This isn't my first rodeo. I have several Samsung TV's. First 8000 series. I go through TV's menu as directions say under remote. I even cleared the RC73 of any other possible syncs and used a new one.”

Why won't anyone answer this question. I've had these type problems with other tv's. I don't want to have to use 2 or 3 remotes on one tv! Come on guys, how bout an answer. NOW! Thank u.
