I believe the screw size is M8x1.25 and the lengths should be the same for all four screws. See the manual, the top two holes are shallower, but the curve of the back plastic requires the use of the two spacers that ship in the bag the remote came in. Very simple process and very easy to find these screws at Lowe's or the Depot
