I dont' think it's the TV. Check with Netflix or the set up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Call Samsung. What is the distance from tv to modem ? Do you have a Ethernet cable that you can try and test for Netflix and then do you have the same problems. Try and use a Cat 6 Ethernet cable.
