I don't know what you mean by rotating mount. But the TV it self comes with a wall mount that only will tilt forward and NOT side ways. The TV does have four built in nuts which you would use to mount the rails for the bracket of your after market mount. You can install the mount that came with the TV or you can mount on an after market.
