Depends on whether you have a hanger model designed to work with a 43 inch tv; and, probably also have the accessory parts to adapt the hanger to this tv. Mine worked fine for a little smaller tv to the 43 OLED. Bu the tv and try to install on the existing hanger. If you can't get it to work, buy a new hanger. I prefer the fully adjustable hanger.
