“I bought the Samsung U8000f TV and although it is a downgrade to the one we have, why is broadcast grayed out, I can't scan antenna for over air channels and i don't seem to have the same option for manual settings for picture quality and sound adjust”

Hi Lainey, Please ensure you are connected to the correct Source (TV) when scanning for broadcast channels. Go to Home> Connected Devices> Source> TV. Then you should be able to scan for channels by going to Home > Left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Broadcasting > Auto Program. ~Samsung Advisor
