• You have to push and hold down the power button and then choices will display on the screen with instructions.

• You mean tv Manual controls buttons?Tv facing you.The right side of the tv close to the edge of the LED panel.This is standard to all tvs manual controls buttons are right sides of all flatscreen tvs.
