• Yes, it can. There are 4 pre-drilled holes on the back of the TV to connect to a bracket. I have a universal bracket that fits numerous Samsung TV's and it works fine.

• I think every modern flat screen tv can be hung on the wall. I have this tv and bought the cheapest tv wall hanger on amazon for like $30. The wall hanger is shaped like an X. I would suggest a hanger that isn't just fall against the wall because it's near impossible to connect and disconnect cabinets from the tv when it's flat on the wall.
