“What are the best settings for playing xbox one x? Gaming mode makes it unplayable due to juddering or frame loss for some reason and if I dont use auto motion plus it makes it just as bad. Not sure if my TV is bad but watching TV seems fine”

I currently switch my settings to natural or dynamic and turn game mode off .. This will work for those games that what you mentioned happens..
