The TV has a 12 month warranty. You will need to contact Samsung directly, not Best Buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Samsung warranties their products. Although my experience with their support has been poor so far. They have a severe lack of communication as to what is going on during the warranty exchange. I am still waiting for my warranty fix/replacement to arrive back. The good is that they paid for the shipping both ways. They were quick to open the ticket and supply a shipping label for the return, just can't get any information out of them on when I can expect my product back. Anyway give em a chat (I did this method) or you can call if you prefer that. Good luck. I love Samsung products (my house is full of them) but not their support.
