“we bought a new samsung TV as listed above and we also we have the TV ears they work on all the cable channels but do not work on Netflex. On our older Samsung they worked perfectly I have tried everything just can't get them to work. Any suggestions?”

I assume you’re able to hear cable channels because your TV ears are plugged into your cable box. The TV ears need to be connected to the TV directly to also hear Netflix, but unfortunately the TV only has a digital audio output which I don’t think the TV ears are compatible with. You can buy adapters, but I think it would easier and possibly less expensive to replace the TV ears with new Bluetooth headphones.
