• I need to correct my answer. I don't think it had cables but we use the ones from our last tv no special cable just because it's 4k. Everything else is the same. Best tv ever.

• It had everything we needed to take it out of the box and set it up. We had it done in 20mins. So yes everything is included. It's the best tv we have ever owned.
