Q: QuestionDoes this tv have the smarthings hub built in or is it just an ap? In other words can this tv controll smarthings bulbs & accessories or will I need to purchase a Smarthings hub also?

Q: QuestionWill the Smartthings app on this Tv work to control my tv properly & control my Samsung Smart bulbs using only a Alexa or do I need a Alexa + with a built in hub for things to function properly, Or would I be better off buying a Samsung smartthings hub?

• A:Answer I found this feature very difficult to get to work. After a few internet searches on this action, I have yet to get it to work properly. I have an Alexa and I can’t get it to sync with smart thing. If this is important to you, don’t buy this tv.

Q: QuestionCan any gamers tell me how this stacks up as a monitor plz? We rarely watch tv but more for concerts, gaming and movies. Is the refresh rate, graphics and smooth transition great or mediocre? Thanks in advance!

• A:Answer Depending on your gaming prefference-pc,xbox or ps4..i notice that on my ps4 pro theres more detailed imaging due to 4k and less input lag. I also have an acer gaming monitor thats 144 mhz , the monitor has a higher refresh rate than my samsung qled but its not displaying 4k only 1080 . If u game on pc & have a high end graphics card that can push 120hz or mhz with a hdmi connection i would try it but hdmi may cap out at 60hz depending on what hdmi cable your using. Also internet and your cable modem speed/bandwith/how many people is using wifi or internet may have an impact on your gaming sessions. The tv is very clear to the point where i can see enemies on call of duty from further away that when i used to use a regular 1080 tv and my gaming monitor also. Hope this helps

Q: QuestionI never switched over to Blu-Ray tech, all I have are standard issue wide-screen dvds and a non-Blu-Ray Sony player. Although I get the picture quality may suffer on a 4K UHD tv, will they still be watchable? Our old tv was 1080 p, and they were fine.

• A:Answer All u need to do is go to the apps section of your tv and scroll to search. If it’s available on the store you will be able to download it. You may need to create a Samsung account which is free in order to download apps.
