“How is this tv when watching face paced sports like hockey over a cable tv airing? Or face paced gaming. I need to make sure the refresh rate will keep up without going blocky on me.”

It’s not 120hz and it doesn’t have variable refresh rate but I play video games in 4K on an Xbox One x with no issues. I also keep the soap opera effect turned off as a personal preference. Very happy with this purchase and have enjoyed watching hockey on it although with all the streaming we do in our house it often streams at 720p instead of 1080p but not a huge difference. If you want VRR you have to go 55” or above but I haven’t missed it. Really like this tv. Hope this helps
