- Answer You have to hold the button down that shows the *Sound. This will turn it off and on. Hope that helps!

While there is not an option to select to add more water to a cycle, this link (https://bit.ly/2PHiiVb) can provide some useful tips on how to make sure you're getting enough water for each cycle. The washer also has a Pause button that can be used to soak the clothes during the wash cycle. ^Jecca

QuestionI just had my washer installed last night 11/15 and have done one small load of towels here is my question before calling service . when the spin cycle starts it sounds like a grinding noise happens . like the drum is grinding on something ? Any ideas ?

QuestionIs it easy to replace the drain hose for a longer length? I’m hoping I can just take off the existing hose from the back of the washer instead of having to go inside which I won’t do. Or is it easier to just add on an extension to the existing drain hose?
